Trying to Set Up a Custom Zap for Trello and Slack

I’ve been experimenting with Zapier but I’ve hit a roadblock setting up a custom automation between Trello and Slack. The workflow I’m aiming for seems simple in theory but I’m not getting the result I expected, so I need a Zapier-savvy expert to step in and help me fix or rebuild it properly.
Here’s what I’m trying to do: every time a Trello card moves to a specific list (like “Done” or “In Review”), I want a custom message to be sent to a particular Slack channel. I’d also like the Slack message to include dynamic data from the Trello card—such as the card name, due date, and who moved it.
I’ve connected both accounts and started building the Zap, but the formatting isn’t coming through right in Slack. Sometimes fields are missing, sometimes it just doesn’t trigger at all. I’m not sure if I’m missing a step or if I need to add a filter or formatter in the middle.
Also wondering if there's a way to group several card moves into one message that gets posted hourly or daily, instead of having individual notifications for each move. That could reduce Slack noise for the team.
