Trying to Animate SVGs on My Landing Page – Help Needed

I’m currently enhancing the visual appeal of my landing page and want to bring some SVG elements to life. The static designs look great, but they’re missing that engaging, interactive touch that animations can provide.
The SVGs are already in place on the page — mostly icons, illustrations, and a few decorative elements. What I need now is someone who knows how to animate them with finesse using CSS or JavaScript, depending on what suits each use case best.
Some of these SVGs should have subtle hover effects, like expanding shapes or color transitions, while others will need scroll-based triggers or continuous looping animations. I don’t want anything over-the-top — the goal is elegant and professional, not flashy.
You should be comfortable working with inline SVGs and understand how to manipulate them both via CSS and JavaScript. If you have experience with libraries like GSAP or anime.js, that would be a plus, especially for more complex animations.
The website is already responsive, so any animation you implement should also perform smoothly on mobile and tablet devices. Efficiency matters — the page still needs to load quickly without bloating the bundle size.
I’m happy to provide the Figma file and SVG exports. Collaboration and communication are important — I want to review animations as they’re implemented and fine-tune together until it feels right.
