Need Support in Reworking WooCommerce Checkout

We’re currently in the middle of optimizing our WooCommerce store, and the checkout flow needs a serious UX refresh. It's functional but clunky—too many fields, unnecessary steps, and generally not aligned with what modern shoppers expect from a frictionless payment experience.
I’m hoping to collaborate with someone who really understands WooCommerce internals and can help streamline the entire process. From adjusting field placements to simplifying steps, I want it to feel faster and more intuitive without breaking any backend functionality.
One major area that needs improvement is how guest checkout is handled. I’d like suggestions and help implementing optional account creation after purchase, instead of forcing users upfront. Speed and ease are key.
The current layout isn’t mobile-optimized either. Too many elements feel squeezed on smaller screens, and the CTA button sometimes falls below the fold. We need to adjust spacing, font sizes, and touch-friendly interactions for better performance on mobile.
Shipping and payment methods could also use an upgrade. I'd love to see a cleaner interface, ideally one that groups the steps logically rather than feeling like a form dump. Bonus points if you've worked with third-party payment plugins like Stripe or PayPal Express.
