Looking to Create a Scroll-Based Animation in GSAP

I've been working on a new web section and want to elevate the user experience with scroll-based animations using GSAP. The idea is to introduce smooth, interactive transitions that respond as the user scrolls—nothing over-the-top, just tasteful motion that makes the content more engaging.

I have the rough layout already built in HTML and CSS, and I know where the animations should trigger. What I need now is someone who’s comfortable with GSAP and scrollTrigger to bring those interactions to life. If you’ve worked with timelines, pinning, or staggered animations tied to scroll, you’ll likely be a great fit for this project.

Here are a few specific things I want help with:
