We're looking for a talented and reliable email designer to help us create visually engaging, mobile-responsive email templates for our weekly campaigns.
This is a longer-term collaboration, ideally someone who can work with us over the next 3–6 months to deliver fresh, on-brand content on a consistent schedule.
Our company runs regular email marketing campaigns to a growing subscriber list. We use Mailchimp, but we’re open to adapting to other tools if it improves quality or efficiency.
The goal is to improve our email open rates and click-through performance with better designs, layout structure, and branding consistency.
You don’t need to write the copy, but it helps if you’re comfortable with editing or formatting placeholder text.
What we’re struggling with now is getting our email designs to look sharp on all devices, especially mobile. Sometimes images misalign, fonts behave inconsistently, or sections collapse poorly.
Here’s what you’ll typically be working on:
✅ Designing new email templates from scratch (or editing past ones)
✅ Ensuring responsive layout and device compatibility
✅ Matching our branding (colors, typography, logo, etc.)
✅ Preparing export-ready HTML or integrating within Mailchimp
✅ Providing guidance on visual hierarchy or CTA placement
