Optimize Site Speed for My WooCommerce Store

My WooCommerce site is running slower than I’d like, especially during peak traffic. Page load times are dragging down user experience and affecting conversion rates. I’m looking for someone who can dig into the performance issues and make improvements without breaking anything critical. If you have experience working with GTmetrix, Core Web Vitals, or similar tools, that’s a huge plus.

Here’s what I need help with:

✅ Identify key bottlenecks using GTmetrix or PageSpeed Insights
✅ Optimize server response time and TTFB
✅ Improve image delivery and compression (WebP preferred)
✅ Fine-tune or set up caching (WP Rocket, W3 Total Cache, or similar)
✅ Remove unnecessary plugins or scripts
✅ Ensure mobile performance is not compromised

The site is small but has a decent number of product pages and dynamic elements. I don’t need a full rebuild—just clean, efficient fixes that speed things up significantly. If you’re comfortable working in a staging environment first, that would be ideal.

✅ Must be careful with eCommerce data and checkout processes
✅ Looking for delivery within 1 to 2 weeks
✅ Fluent in French is a bonus, but not required
✅ Clear communication and before/after performance comparisons expected
