Anyone Here Familiar with ClickUp Automations?

Trying to get my workflow smoother in ClickUp, but I’ve hit a wall with setting up the right automations. I’ve explored some of the built-in options, but they don’t seem to flow exactly the way I need for my team’s day-to-day tasks.
I manage multiple client projects and internal to-dos across folders, and I’d love to automate repetitive actions — like assigning tasks based on tags, setting due dates automatically, or moving tasks between statuses when certain conditions are met.
I’m looking for someone who knows ClickUp really well — someone who understands its automation logic and can help me avoid unnecessary manual steps. Ideally, you’ll also be comfortable explaining what’s possible and what’s not so I can adjust my expectations where needed.
If you have experience setting up smart automations in ClickUp, especially for marketing teams or service-based businesses, that’s a big plus. I'm not interested in a full overhaul, just optimizing the existing setup.
This isn’t a one-time session — I’d prefer to work with someone over a few weeks as things evolve and we test what’s working best. Clear communication and thoughtful suggestions will go a long way.
