Just Need Someone to Sync Google Calendar with My CRM

Description
I'm looking for someone who can help me connect my Google Calendar to my CRM system. The idea is to make everything work seamlessly so that events, meetings, and follow-ups are automatically synced.
Right now, I’m manually adding every event into my CRM, which is time-consuming and prone to errors.
I’ve heard that Zapier could be useful here, but I haven’t set up any Zaps before. I’d like someone who’s familiar with it to either guide me or just take over the whole setup.
The CRM I’m using has API access, and I know Google Calendar can be integrated via API or through automation platforms — whichever is faster and more reliable.
It’s important that the integration supports two-way syncing, or at least pushes data from my calendar into the CRM in real-time.
I don’t want to rely on manual refreshes or clicking buttons to sync. Automation is key here.
This is a small task, but accuracy matters. I’ve had issues before where calendar data didn’t come through properly — I’d rather avoid that again.
You’ll need to double-check event titles, time zones, recurring events, and notes to ensure everything transfers correctly.
If you can also help document the process so I can make edits later on, that’s a huge plus.
Communication is important to me — just want to be updated as you go and know what’s being done under the hood.
