Having trouble integrating Mailchimp with my Shopify store — I’ve followed the standard steps but something’s just not syncing right.

My main goal is to automate welcome emails and product follow-ups, but the customer data isn’t flowing correctly between platforms.

Subscriber activity seems to be missing, and tags aren’t syncing the way I expected.
