Looking to get a clean, lightweight HTML email template built that will render well across all major email clients. I want something minimal — no bloated code — just a solid foundation that’s responsive and visually consistent on both desktop and mobile. This is mainly for newsletters and product announcements, so clarity and readability matter most.
I don’t need anything overly styled or image-heavy. A solid layout with a logo placeholder, a heading, paragraph blocks, CTA button, and footer would be perfect. Ideally, it should also be editable later on without too much hassle, either by me or my team.

In addition to the initial build, I'd appreciate a few comments in the code to make future edits easier. I’ll be plugging this into Mailchimp, so if you have experience making templates that work seamlessly in that environment, that’s a plus.
