Is Anyone Good with Facebook Pixel and Conversion Tracking?

I’ve been trying to get my Facebook Pixel to track conversions correctly, but I keep running into issues—some events are duplicating while others aren’t firing at all.
The setup was partially done through Facebook’s Event Setup Tool, and the rest using Google Tag Manager. I suspect the mixed implementation is creating conflicts, and I need someone to clean it up.
This is for a lead generation funnel I’m running for a small service-based business. We’re primarily tracking form submissions, call button clicks, and specific page views.
What I’d really like is someone who understands how all the tools fit together: Facebook Ads Manager, Tag Manager, and basic on-page JavaScript if needed.
If you’ve fixed Facebook Pixel issues before or have set up tracking from scratch for similar funnels, that’s a huge plus.
I’d also appreciate if you could take a look at my existing event structure and help me determine what’s actually working and what needs replacing or reconfiguring.
