We’re in the process of improving our sales pipeline and need help automating a few repetitive tasks using Zapier and Pipedrive. While we already have both tools connected, the workflows aren’t running as smoothly as we’d like, and some essential steps are missing.
The core of the project is to ensure that leads captured from multiple sources (website forms, email, and spreadsheets) are automatically pushed into Pipedrive and updated through the sales cycle without manual input. Right now, too many leads are slipping through the cracks simply because we’re relying on people to update things manually.
I’m looking for someone who really understands Zapier logic, including filters, conditional paths, webhooks, and multi-step zaps. It’s not just about connecting apps — it’s about making sure they interact in smart, logical ways that reflect our business flow.
Another part of this involves syncing with Google Sheets. I’d like to maintain a backup sheet where all the lead activity is mirrored in real-time — showing lead creation date, current stage, and any notes added in Pipedrive.
We may also want to trigger email notifications or Slack messages when leads hit certain stages or stay idle for too long. If you’ve set up alerts like this before, that would be helpful.
