Hiring a Notion Expert to Help Us Build Team Workspace

Notion has been a great tool for me personally, but now that our team is growing, I need help setting it up for actual day-to-day collaboration. We’re looking for someone who’s experienced with building out Notion workspaces specifically for teams — not just personal dashboards.
The goal is to create a central hub where team members can access everything they need — tasks, documents, SOPs, and project timelines. I don’t want it to be overcomplicated, just clean, functional, and easy to navigate.
Ideally, you’d guide us on how to structure the workspace in a scalable way. We’ll be using it for project management, meeting notes, and documentation. A few templates to get us started would be great too — especially for recurring workflows.
You don’t need to know our industry (we’re a small remote marketing team), but you should understand what makes a workspace actually useful, not just “pretty.” Experience building custom templates or setting up linked databases is a huge plus.
Expect a few calls where we screen-share, talk through how our team works, and build something that fits our flow. I’d also appreciate suggestions or best practices if you’ve seen other teams use Notion well.
Clear documentation is also important — once it's built, I want the team to actually know how to use it. A simple guide or walk-through video would be a great bonus to help onboard future hires.
