I’m looking for someone who can help me clean up and organize product listings in my Shopify store. I’ve got hundreds of items that need to be sorted, categorized, and updated with consistent formatting. The data is all there — it just needs some serious attention to detail.

This project involves working mostly in Excel or Google Sheets, matching SKUs, updating product names and descriptions, and making sure each product is categorized properly. If you’ve worked with Shopify product exports/imports before, that’s a huge plus.

What I’m really looking for is someone who’s organized, efficient, and good at spotting inconsistencies. You don’t need to write content — just make sure all the data lines up and is cleanly structured across the board.

Cleaning up spreadsheet formatting

Checking for duplicates or missing data

Prepping the final file for Shopify import
