Description
We’re searching for a social media manager who understands Instagram inside and out. This role is focused specifically on growing our presence, building an engaged community, and improving our overall content strategy. Our brand is lifestyle-focused, and we want someone who can bring a fresh, consistent, and authentic voice to our feed.
You’ll be in charge of planning and scheduling weekly posts, developing a content calendar, and analyzing performance metrics to identify what’s working. We’re looking for someone who has worked on brand accounts before — someone who knows how to turn casual followers into active participants.
Familiarity with tools like Later, Buffer, or Hootsuite is a plus, but what's more important is creativity and an understanding of how content flows visually and narratively. You should have an eye for aesthetics and know how to align visuals with copy, hashtags, and call-to-actions that convert.
The ideal candidate is also a strong copywriter, capable of writing captions that feel personal, thoughtful, and on-brand. Hashtag research, basic analytics reporting, and competitor benchmarking will also fall under your scope.
Bonus if you’ve grown Instagram accounts from scratch or have experience working with influencers or UGC content. We’d love someone who’s open to suggesting new formats like Reels, carousel tips, or behind-the-scenes stories to keep things dynamic and engaging.
