We’re in search of an experienced Facebook Ads manager to help us plan, execute, and manage lead generation campaigns. Our primary goal is to bring in qualified leads through targeted ad funnels, and we’re looking for someone who knows how to optimize performance without wasting ad spend.
Your responsibilities will include creating ad sets from scratch, writing compelling ad copy, and conducting A/B testing on audiences, creatives, and headlines. You'll also be expected to regularly monitor campaign performance, identify what’s working (and what’s not), and adjust budgets or targeting strategies accordingly.
A deep understanding of Facebook Business Manager, Pixel setup, and lead form optimization is crucial. You’ll need to ensure that events are tracked properly, retargeting is in place, and campaign goals are clearly defined using custom conversions when needed.
Our audience is niche but high-intent, so experience running successful campaigns for B2B, service-based businesses, or coaching/consulting offers will be highly valued. The ability to work independently and make strategic suggestions is a must.
You’ll collaborate with our in-house designer to provide direction on creative assets. However, your input on what kind of images, messaging, or CTAs convert best will guide the process. Understanding ad fatigue and knowing when to refresh creatives is essential.
