Looking for someone to help us set up email automation for our small e-commerce business using either Mailchimp or Klaviyo. We need core flows like welcome series, cart abandonment, post-purchase follow-ups, and re-engagement emails built and activated. You’ll be working with our existing lists and Shopify integration to make sure emails are targeted and timed effectively.

The ideal candidate understands list segmentation, customer retention, and can guide us on best practices for automation and A/B testing. We’ll provide the branding, email copy drafts, and goals — your job is to structure the flows, optimize for performance, and make sure everything works smoothly without technical errors.
