We're searching for a detail-driven technical writer to help us document our B2B SaaS product. This role is focused on turning complex product functionality into clear, structured manuals and user-facing guides that help our customers succeed with minimal support.
The product includes a web platform, a companion mobile app, and multiple API endpoints. We’ve grown rapidly, but our documentation hasn’t kept up. Right now, internal teams are the only source of product knowledge — we want to change that with well-written, well-organized resources.
Your primary responsibilities will include writing user guides, getting-started manuals, FAQ content, and developer-facing API documentation. Some of this will be from scratch, while other content will involve restructuring or improving existing drafts.
This isn’t just about documenting buttons and features — we want content that helps users understand why they’re doing something, not just how. You'll work closely with the product and engineering teams to learn workflows, clarify technical details, and identify areas where users typically get stuck.
You’ll also need to revise and proof content with tools like Grammarly or equivalent, and follow a clean, consistent style across all deliverables. Voice and tone should match our brand — approachable, professional, and helpful without being overly formal.
