The ideal candidate must be comfortable working on both front-end and back-end tasks, building fast, secure, and responsive websites that reflect clean UI/UX principles. Projects may include custom theme development, plugin adjustments, and system integration work with third-party tools.

This role requires a developer who can work independently, troubleshoot with confidence, and maintain consistent performance without constant oversight. Experience working within SEO best practices is crucial, as most of our websites are focused on visibility and conversion. You should also be familiar with integrating APIs and working with AWS for hosting and deployment purposes.

React and Python experience will be a strong asset, especially if you can bring dynamic interactivity and automation to traditional WordPress setups. We're looking for someone who not only delivers what’s required but suggests smarter, scalable solutions along the way.

The work environment is remote, but collaboration is ongoing. You’ll be communicating with designers, marketers, and other developers to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
