Looking for a Web Developer who can jump into our current project and help streamline backend processes while tightening up the frontend experience. We're working on a time-sensitive rollout, so hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Django, and Python is essential.

You should be confident handling deployment tasks using Docker and AWS. The role will involve modifying WordPress components, updating interfaces using CSS, and improving overall site functionality in collaboration with the design and data teams.

We’re moving quickly, and this role requires someone who’s comfortable with real-time testing, debugging, and shipping code with minimal back-and-forth. Experience working with Excel for progress tracking or basic data manipulation is a bonus.

We prioritize developers who are self-sufficient, communicate clearly, and can adapt to an evolving set of requirements without losing momentum. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are must-haves.
