Seeking UI/UX Designer for ongoing work

This role calls for a UI/UX Designer who understands how to design not just for beauty, but for usability and performance. The ideal candidate will be part of a collaborative team working on continuous interface improvements across several platforms. Clear communication and attention to user behavior are key.

You’ll work closely with developers using Flutter and React to ensure that what’s designed gets built as intended. Projects range from feature enhancements to entirely new flows, and you’ll be expected to turn requirements into intuitive designs.

Using Figma as the primary design tool, you'll map user journeys, build wireframes, and create clean, responsive UI components. Experience with Firebase for functionality mapping and Zendesk for support system alignment is a bonus.

We value structured workflows, consistent spacing, scalable layouts, and smart use of colors and typography. If you're familiar with using SQL or similar tools to understand user data, that's an additional plus.

You’ll also take part in team reviews, respond to internal feedback, and make revisions based on user feedback or performance data. Flexibility, curiosity, and fast adaptation will help you succeed in this role.
