You’ll be expected to manage inquiries via platforms like Zendesk and collaborate with the internal team to escalate technical issues when necessary. A good understanding of Elementor, React, and Flutter will allow you to better support the development teams and users facing interface-related challenges.
We’re looking for someone who has hands-on experience dealing with product-related queries and can troubleshoot problems quickly and professionally. Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Dart, and Python is a plus, especially if you’ve worked with cross-functional teams that span support, development, and QA.
In this role, attention to detail and empathy will be just as important as technical know-how. You’ll be the bridge between users and developers — relaying concerns, sharing insights, and ensuring smooth communication across all channels.
