Full Stack Developer Needed for Internal System Enhancement

Hi there! I’m currently looking for a reliable and experienced Full Stack Developer to help us enhance and expand our internal systems. We're a small U.S.-based team working on proprietary tools, and we need someone comfortable with both backend and frontend development.

You’ll be working closely with us to upgrade our current backend (Python, Flask, PostgreSQL) and also assist with frontend updates (React or Vue preferred). We value clean code, clear communication, and someone who takes pride in delivering solid, scalable work.

✅ Must have hands-on experience with Python and Flask
✅ Strong understanding of REST API design and implementation
✅ Familiarity with PostgreSQL or similar relational DBs
✅ Frontend skills using React or Vue (basic styling is a plus)
✅ Able to work independently and provide regular updates

This will initially be a short-term fixed-price project to complete a set of defined tasks, with the possibility of ongoing collaboration if things go well.
