We’re currently seeking a Business Analyst who brings strong analytical thinking and practical experience to the table. This role requires someone who can dive into complex systems, understand technical workflows, and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements. You'll work closely with both the product and development teams to ensure everyone is aligned and moving toward the same goals.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable analyzing data and system processes while offering strategic input to improve user experiences. Familiarity with tools like Docker, Spring Boot, Flutter, Google Analytics, and Zendesk is important, along with solid communication skills and a sharp eye for detail. Experience working in UI/UX environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams will make you a strong fit.

This is an intermediate-level, hourly role with an expected commitment of 1 to 3 months. We’re looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks without losing sight of the bigger picture.
