We're in need of an experienced email marketing professional who understands not just how to send emails—but how to drive engagement and conversions through carefully crafted campaigns. Our company is rolling out a multi-phase marketing strategy and email will be a critical channel across all segments.

The role will require:

Developing email strategies tailored for different audience segments

Writing compelling copy and subject lines

Setting up campaigns in platforms like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar

A/B testing and refining based on performance metrics

Analyzing reports and identifying actionable insights

You should have a solid grasp of content targeting, deliverability best practices, and list segmentation. While not mandatory, familiarity with tools like Jenkins or the ability to collaborate with teams working in Django, Java, or Flutter environments is a bonus, since you'll sometimes be coordinating with developers for automation and trigger-based sequences.
