Need Customer Support Agent for a short-term project

We're hiring a dedicated and proactive customer support agent to help us during a high-traffic period. Your main responsibility will be managing customer inquiries through Zendesk and ensuring fast, friendly, and helpful responses. The work is fully remote, and you'll be assisting a global user base across different time zones.

While the core role is support, candidates who have experience or familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Django, or even Flutter are preferred — our product is technically rich, and a bit of technical understanding will go a long way in supporting customers effectively.

This is a short-term assignment (1 to 3 months), ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments and problem-solving. We’re looking for someone who communicates clearly in English, handles feedback well, and can start immediately.
