We're searching for an experienced Business Analyst who can dive deep into our product and customer data to help drive smart decisions. This is ongoing work, and we're hoping to build a long-term relationship with someone who thrives at the intersection of data, business goals, and user experience.

You’ll be expected to work closely with our development, marketing, and support teams to uncover trends, identify pain points, and propose solutions backed by real data. Whether it’s pulling insights from SQL databases, analyzing support data via Zendesk, or mapping out user journeys for UI/UX improvements — we’re looking for someone who takes initiative and thinks critically.

✅ Strong knowledge of Excel, SQL, and PostgreSQL
✅ Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, and understanding of UI/UX principles
✅ Experience with AWS is a plus
✅ SEO awareness is appreciated, though not core to the role
✅ Bonus if you can communicate technical insights clearly to non-technical teams
