I’m a busy solo founder juggling multiple responsibilities, and I’m finally at the point where I need consistent admin support. I'm looking for a reliable virtual assistant who can help with email sorting, scheduling, simple spreadsheets, and a few other day-to-day tasks that are slowing me down.
This isn’t a one-time gig — I’d love to find someone who can jump in now and stick with me long-term if things go well. You don’t need to be available 24/7, but I’d prefer someone who can check in daily and keep things moving smoothly.
Here’s a look at the kind of work you’ll help with:
Organizing and replying to basic emails (templates or drafts will be provided)
Scheduling meetings and updating my calendar
Creating and maintaining simple spreadsheets (Google Sheets)
Light research (e.g. tool comparisons, competitor info)
Uploading and managing documents in Google Drive
If you’ve worked with entrepreneurs or small business owners before, that’s a big plus. Strong communication and follow-through are key. Looking forward to working with someone proactive and detail-oriented!
