Our SaaS platform is growing quickly, and we're facing challenges scaling certain backend components. We are searching for an experienced Backend Developer to dive into our Node.js and MongoDB-based architecture and help us refactor the most resource-heavy services. The current system works but isn’t yet optimized for high concurrency and large data loads, especially during peak usage. We also need to audit our indexing strategy and improve our caching mechanism to minimize latency. Experience with Redis, load balancing strategies, Docker pipelines, and AWS-based deployment will be highly valued. The goal is not only to improve speed but also ensure long-term maintainability. You'll collaborate directly with our lead developer and DevOps engineer to design efficient solutions and provide clear documentation on implemented changes. Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills are essential. Please share case studies or examples of projects where you successfully handled scalability bottlenecks.
